Shipping

• All orders are processed by Canada Post and shipped by UPS standard & worldwide. 
• Standard shipping takes 4-10 business days.
• You are able to track your order under our bottom menu 'Track Order'.

Refunds & Returns

• We only refund items that that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order. It must be reported within 48 hours of order being delivered. 
• Replacements are not shipped. (All orders are handled with quality & care before shipping.)
• All orders are non-returnable due to hygienic purposes.
