How long is shipping?

Standard shipping takes about 4-10 business days.

What is our return & refund policy?

We do not accept returns or refunds due to hygeneic purposes.

We only refund items that that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order. It must be reported within 48 hours of order being delivered. Replacements are not shipped. (All orders are handled with quality & care before shipping.)

What are the ingredients to our products?

Formula HIGH SHINE GLOSS: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, vitamin e, fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, & peppermint extract.

Formula ROSEWATER LIP SCRUB: Sugar, rosehip oil, rose extract, vitamin e, fractionated coconut oil, & almond oil.

Are our products Vegan?

All of our products are vegan, gluten-free, & cruelty-free. 

I received damaged items.

All products are handled with 100% care before being shipped. If you have an issue with your products, please contact us under our 'Contact' forum within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Please include your order # and the occurring issue. 

How will I be charged for my order?

We use Shopify payments which is where all of your orders will be processed through.
